漢語拼音打字兩年的回顧

2010年初使用漢語拼音輸入法作為我的主要打字工具。一開始已經有個很好的感覺“我是選得對啦!”。在短短的兩年多時間裡,我發覺到我自己有很大的改變和進步,例如:

· 講國語有進步
· 國語發音較準確
· 打字速度增加
· 不須怎麼查字典
· 所有的中文打字是用同一個標準的英文鍵盤完成
· 成立和篇寫三個全中文的部落格
· 完成佛經打字凡十五卷三十萬多字
· 漢語拼音還可以用作我臨時的shorthand(當忘記漢字寫法時)
· 自由進出中英文網站
· 全中文電郵
· 電腦上電話簿加中文名
· 加插中文字幕在電影短片和幻燈片上

我的願望是推廣和普及中文打字,讓每個人都能輕鬆的使用!

糖尿病飲食和食療

糖尿病是最難治的一種慢性疾病,患者還要特別注重飲食,剋制血糖。無論病情輕重或類型,有無併發症,是否進行用藥,糖尿病患者都要嚴格遵守飲食原則和基本食療要求。
1 控制熱量: 首先強調對每天總熱量的限制,以維持理想體重或標準體重為原則。超重和肥胖的人必需減少熱量才能達到治療的目的。
2 合理營養: 糖尿病人攝入的主要三大營養物質 (脂肪、蛋白質和糖) 的比例要合理,否則不利肝臟的化工運作。平均總熱量是脂肪30%(2535%),蛋白質15 1020%)糖 5560%。蛋白質過多對糖尿病並無好處,而容易發生糖尿病腎病。
3 限制脂肪和膽固醇: 美國對糖尿病人限制即每日脂肪攝入數量不能超過每日總熱量的30%,以不飽和脂肪酸為主,每日膽固醇的入量不能超過300mg。病人要避免高膽固醇食物,如蛋黃、黃油、甲殼類魚和動物內臟(特別是心、腎、 肝、腸、腦)。牛、豬、羊油含飽和脂肪酸多,應少吃。要選擇植物、硬果和禽類的不飽和脂肪酸。
4 限制鈉鹽: 要避免進鹽過多,鈉鹽攝入過多容易引起高血壓,美國心臟病學會建議每日鈉鹽的攝入不超過3g。如有高血壓,鈉鹽應每日少於2g。對糖尿病人特別是已合併高血壓者更應嚴格限制鹽量。
5 忌食易吸收糖份的食物: 蔗糖、蜜糖、各種糖果、甜點心、餅乾、冰淇淋、軟飲料等,因為吸收快,造成血糖高峰明顯,對糖尿病人不利。
6 多吃高纖維食品: 多吃豆類、塊根類、綠色蔬菜、穀物(稻米、大麥、小麥、燕麥、黑麥、玉米)和生果等高纖維素食品中的纖維素能減慢糖的吸收,增強胰島素的敏感性,而可以明顯改善高血糖的情況。
7 少食多餐: 這樣可降低餐後的血糖高峰值,對高血糖控制極為有利。有時用單純藥物調整效果不佳者,通過分餐即可控制病情。

糖尿病食療單﹕
糖尿病的食療食物相當多,例如豬橫利、牛膀、淮山、粟米鬚、 白朮、土茯苓、大生地、五味子、北蓍、人參和花粉等,都是糖尿病常用的藥。最熱門的治糖尿病湯水是粟米鬚煲豬橫利湯,但多飲時便厭口,效力也因多飲而降低,最好配多種湯水和菜式交替食用

[番石榴茶]
番石榴的果和葉能降低血糖, 對糖尿病者頗為有益。巿面上的番石榴葉茶包, 及番石榴乾都方便泡茶用, 對防治糖尿病很有幫助。
用料﹕ 番石榴乾 3 .
做法﹕ 番石榴乾放入壼內, 先用沸開水沖洗一遍,再沖入開水, 7 分鐘左右即可供飲,可沖泡多次

[鮮淮山瘦肉粥]
淮山是糖尿病人的理想食品, 也是肥胖者和患有心血管病人的食補之品。鮮淮山所含有的黏液蛋白, 能預防心血管系統的脂肪沉積, 保持血管彈性, 減少皮下脂肪沉積,降低血糖,並能改善血液循環的功能, 及改善人體消化能力。
用料﹕ 鮮淮山 6 , 沙參 5 , 瘦肉 3 , 粳米2 兩。
做法﹕ 將鮮淮山去皮,切粗粒,沙參浸洗,瘦肉切絲,與洗淨的粳米煮成濃稠適度的粥, 隨量食用。
注意﹕ 鮮淮山的黏液很多, 接觸後有些人會出現皮膚痕癢, 故宜先戴上手套處理。

[南瓜番茄腰果湯]
南瓜﹑番茄配些腰果煲湯, 有補中益氣, 健脾開胃的作用, 適合糖尿病人飲用。南瓜所含的微量元素鈷, 能有效增加人體胰島素的釋放, 降低血糖﹔番茄含的維生素 P, 可保護血管, 能防治高血壓, 保護皮膚健康; 腰果含豐富維生素 B, E 及多種微量元素, 有助消除人體自由基, 及改善血糖和胰島素的平衡。三者合而為湯, 對糖尿病患者大有裨益。
用料﹕ 南瓜1 , 番茄 3 , 腰果 2 , 陳皮 1 , 生薑 2 .
做法﹕ 南瓜去皮, 去核, 切塊; 番茄切塊﹔ 將全部材料放入煲內, 8 碗水煮約 1 小時成 4~5 碗即連湯料同食。

[枸杞子茶]
枸杞子是糖尿病的佳品之一﹐ 做枸杞子茶的方法很簡單。
用料﹕ 枸杞子 10
做法﹕ 將枸杞子放入水 300 毫升,慢火煮沸 2 3 分鐘,吃飯前把放涼了的枸杞子濃汁飲掉,而剩下的枸杞子則反覆沖開水當茶飲,每日四至五杯,再臨睡前把殘留的枸杞子連水一起細嚼吞下。

EATING FRUIT...
We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths. It's not as easy as you think. It's important to know how and when to eat.

What is the correct way of eating fruits?
IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS! * FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTYSTOMACH.
If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.

FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD. Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so. In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil....

So please eat your fruits on an empty stomach or before your meals! You have heard people complaining — every time I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats up, when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet, etc — actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat!

Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under the eyes all these will NOT happen if you take fruits on an empty stomach.

There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic, because all fruits become alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter. If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the SECRET of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.

When you need to drink fruit juice - drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT from the cans. Don't even drink juice that has been heated up. Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get the nutrients at all. You only get to taste. Cooking destroys all the vitamins.

But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse your body. Just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look!

KIWI: Tiny but mighty. This is a good source of POTASIUM, MAGNESIUM, VITAMIN E & FIBER. Its VITAMIN C content is twice that of an orange.

APPLE: An apple a day keeps the doctor away? Although an apple has a low VITAMIN C content, it has antioxidants & flavonoids which enhances the activity of VITAMIN C thereby helping to lower the risks of colon cancer, heart attack & stroke.

STRAWBERRY: Protective Fruit. Strawberries have the highest total antioxidant power among major fruits & protect the body from cancer-causing, blood vessel-clogging free radicals.

ORANGE: Sweetest medicine. Taking 2-4 oranges a day may help keep colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent & dissolve kidney stones as well as lessens the risk of colon cancer.

WATERMELON: Coolest thirst quencher. Composed of 92% water, it is also packed with a giant dose of glutathione, which helps boost our immune system. They are also a key source of lycopene the cancer fighting oxidant. Other nutrients found in watermelon are VITAMIN C & POTASIUM.

GUAVA & PAPAYA: Top awards for vitamin C. They are the clear winners for their high VITAMIN C content… Guava is also rich in FIBER, which helps prevent constipation. PAPAYA is rich in CAROTENE; this is good for your eyes.

Drinking Cold water after a meal = CANCER! Can u believe this???? For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink (water or juice) after and/or during a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

A serious note about heart attacks…….. HEART ATTACK PROCEDURE': (THIS IS NOT A JOKE!) Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line. You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. Sixty percent of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know the better chance we could survive.
